Learn the art of Mahi Raakau (self help / self-healing) at one of our teaching workshops. Each workshop has a unique energy and provides guests with the opportunity to learn new techniques and deepen their current Mahi Raakau understanding.

In particular, you’ll learn how the Raakau is used to find where your body is challenged and how, by opening the body up through the soles of the feet in a targeted manner, you can experience a release.

Mahi Raakau is most effective when done by the self for the self, or in a pair. The workshops include a welcome or powhiri, food, accommodation, tuition and lectures at the Roma Marae in Ahipara, Northland.
